Our V-Steam at-home kits let you steam in the privacy of your own home. It’s blended with all-natural herbs and has up to four uses. Pick from four of our special blends. Directions:
Boil 6-8 cups of water for each packet. Pour water into bowl you have placed in your toilet, sit bowl or place pot under yoni stool. Wave your hand 8-10 inches over the water to make sure it is not too hot. Remove your underwear and sit on the seat above the steaming water. Drape a blanket around your waist making sure no steam escapes. Make sure you keep your feet and neck covered; steam for 20-30 min. When the steam dies down dump the water into the toilet.
